This is Neon City Archives' list of credits, such as assets, tools used, and special thanks for making this site possible. It's important to thank and credit those who helped you with a project!
Use the tabs to navigate to each page. Scroll down the pages to see the content.
If you're the owner of an/some asset(s) used here and would like to have it taken down, please contact NCArchives@protonmail.com.
This email is meant to be for bug reports, but permission to take down content you own is an exception.
Assets used by Neon City Archives. Ranges from images, code, audio, etc. Unfortunately, not ALL assets are listed, as some are miniscule, and are random images/textures found on the web from a simple search. Or Webmaster just forgot. Sorry about that...
Wood texture used for this site.
Plaid washi tape png, however, the link to the site is dead, and WebArchive doesn't seem to have archived it.
Many assets were used from Unsplash, here's the list.
Not only the Miitopia wiki is home to a lot of Miitopia assets, but so is the offical Miitopia Switch website.
While Tomodachi Life's page on the Spriter's Resource houses many of Tomodachi Life's assets, so does the Tomodachi Life wiki. Also noteworthy assets to borrow is the official Tomodachi Life site (JP).
Spriter's Resource hosts most of Tomodachi Collection's assets, however, the Tomodachi Life wiki also houses a noteworthy amount as well.
This stamp template from DeviantArt by Birvan is what most NCArchives' stamps are based off of.
Zorrpu also made a stamp template that NCArchives also uses for larger images.
On site:
Khinsider is where a lot of music on NCArchives come from, the names of music used on this website are named, and can be found on Khinsider.
This YouTube video of Nintendogs + Cats Sound Effects is where NCArchives' SFX come from. However, all of the SFX are not named properly.
This notebook code by des was used as inspiration for NCArchive's own scrapbook code. NCArchives' code is not based off of this code 1-to-1, but rather, des's code was used as a reference and a guide.
This tutorial on how to have different sounds play on different button clicks with JavaScript was used, pretty beginner-friendly.
W3schools' page on various How-To's are super useful, NCArchives uses various code from W3schools, such as the different tab Javascript code.
This site helps generate a speech bubble code for you.
This thread on Stack Overflow had some code on how to make modal boxes without using JavaScript!
Style-my-tooltips jQuery plugin by malihu is a great code snippet for styling tooltips.
More coming soon...
Tools used for making Neon City Archives.
Audacity is used for audio editing and mixing.
This site is a good background remover. You may rat on that this is AI, but this tool has proven immensely helpful with removing backgrounds of images since PNGs of real objects are becoming more and more extinct on the internet because of (funnily enough) AI.
FireAlpaca is used for all the site's art-related things, free and great as an art program.
Neon City Archives is coded using VSCode, with the Live Preview add-on.
EZGif is a great site for mainly GIF making and simple image file conversions.
Dither it! is a good site for dithering (pixeling and compressing) images.
This site helps with converting font files, super simple and easy.
Optimizilla helps with image compression, the best part is that it barely loses its quality while cutting down on image sizing!
Neon City Archives' special thanks!
This site would not have been made possible without these folks, seriously.
Neon City Archives wouldn't exist if it wasn't for the help and support of Zorrpu! He's a great friend and if you like this site, then you sure as hell would love his site.
Webmaster had little to no prior experience with programming when it came to making NCArchives, it was only through W3Schools did this site come to be.
Thanks to Nekoweb, Neon City Archives could be hosted on the web for free!
Last but not least, you! Yes, you. The viewer reading this right now. Webmaster appreciates you taking the time to read all this and hopes you'll enjoy what NCArchives would have to offer. From the bottom of Webmaster's heart, thank you.
